We’ll take a look at your shop and/or stockroom and have a chat about what’s currently working and what you’d like to improve.
Organising your stockroom
Next, I’ll organise and categorise your stock, containing each item/type in its own place and/or clearly labelled container, so that it’s easy for you to find. I can either work alone or with you during the process. If you’re on a limited budget, we can try to work with the storage you have already.
Organising your shop front
Your storefront needs to be a welcoming space that makes sense to your customers. We can chat about the kind of impression you’d like to make, the popularity of certain products, as well as any issues you have in this customer-facing part of your store on a day-to-day basis. We can discuss Feng Shui and the flow of the space and arrange the furniture if it helps. The result should be a beautiful, neatly organised shop that speaks to your customers.
